Delhi HC refuses to grant divorce to a husband complaining of wife’s frequent visit to parental home

The High court while rejecting the husband’s plea for divorce, held that the appellant’s contentions were not sufficient to prove the conduct of cruelty by the wife. The party who approaches the court for seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty must furnish relevant facts which according to him/her proves the conduct of mental cruelty of such intensity that it is impossible for him/her to live with the spouse.
